EyeOnWater Mobile App

Take control of your water bill and get direct access to monitor your own water consumption data! EyeOnWater allows customers to set up leak alerts and provides tools to visualize your water usage.

 

 

How to Use the App

After signing in, EyeOnWater lets you see how much water you're using and provides you with the tools to help you use water more efficiently.

Step 1.At a Glance

The At a Glance section along the top will show you how much water you're using this week compared to the previous week. 

Step 2.Your Meter

The Your Meter section shows how often your meter is read, the last time it was read, the current reading schedule, and the next time it will be read.

Step 3.Consumption Graph

The Consumption Graph in the center of the dashboard shows consumption use over time. The default setting shows daily usage but can be modified to show by hour, day, week, month and year. Some timeframe requires certain metering technology and may not be available.

You can export and print your data from here. 

Step 4.Leaks

The Leaks section allows you to set up leak alerts and will detect when leaks may be present. 

Get the Mobile App

Sign Up to See Your Water Usage

Visit EyeOnWater to click Create Account.

To create your free account, you'll need to enter your service zip code and your utility billing account number.

  • Click the question mark (?) to see where to find your Service Account ID on your utility bill. 
Create your account

Enter your name, email and create a password for your account. 

Verify your account

Check your email for the verification message that has just been sent. Click on the link in the email to verify your email address. 

Sign into your account

After verifying your email, sign into your account with your email address and password.

View your water consumption

Once you've logged in, you'll be able to view your water consumption.
